Acceptance Notice: By using this website, submitting a travel inquiry, authorizing payment, approving a quote, or accepting travel planning assistance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Travel Disclosures.

1. Independent Travel Advisor Disclosure

Stirling Reserve Travel is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Archer Travel Service, Inc.

Seller of Travel Registration: FL ST-35810, CA CST #2113070-3, WA UBI #603189022. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. Hawaii TAR #6612.

2. Agency Relationship & Supplier Responsibility

Stirling Reserve Travel acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party travel suppliers. We are not the direct provider of transportation, lodging, cruise operations, tours, excursions, insurance, or other travel services.

Each supplier is responsible for its own services, policies, performance, pricing, availability, safety standards, cancellations, refunds, delays, schedule changes, and operational decisions.

3. Pricing, Availability & Quotes

All pricing, availability, promotions, amenities, cabin categories, room types, schedules, and travel components are subject to change until booked and confirmed by the applicable supplier.

Quotes are not guaranteed until deposit, payment, supplier confirmation, and any required documentation are completed.

4. Traveler Responsibility & Document Review

Travelers are solely responsible for reviewing all names, dates, passport details, birth dates, room or cabin selections, payment deadlines, travel documents, supplier confirmations, and itinerary details before final approval.

Failure to review travel documents, confirmations, or supplier terms does not create liability for Stirling Reserve Travel.

5. Passport, Visa, Health & Entry Requirements

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, travel authorizations, health documents, identification, and other entry requirements for all destinations, transit points, and return travel.

Information provided by Stirling Reserve Travel is general only and does not constitute medical, legal, tax, immigration, or governmental advice.

6. Health, Safety & Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, weather disruption, political unrest, supplier failure, crime, transportation delays, natural disasters, and other unexpected events.

Travelers are responsible for assessing their own health, safety, mobility, medical needs, and risk tolerance before travel.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Declining travel insurance may expose travelers to significant financial loss. Coverage terms vary by provider and policy.

8. Payments, Deposits, Cancellations & Chargebacks

Supplier payment terms, deposits, final payment dates, cancellation penalties, refund rules, and change fees are determined by the applicable supplier.

By authorizing payment, the traveler confirms all reservation details, acknowledges supplier cancellation terms, and agrees not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback for properly authorized travel services, supplier penalties, non-refundable deposits, or fees disclosed before payment.

9. Force Majeure

Stirling Reserve Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, losses, expenses, denied boarding, itinerary changes, or travel disruptions caused by events outside reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, supplier failure, cyber incidents, transportation disruption, war, terrorism, or public health emergencies.

10. Electronic Communications Consent

By submitting a form or inquiry, you consent to communication by email, phone, voicemail, or SMS regarding travel planning, quotes, confirmations, deadlines, documentation, and trip-related communications.

11. Minors & Guardian Responsibility

Adults booking travel involving minors certify that they have legal authority to act on behalf of those minors and are responsible for all documentation, consent forms, custody-related travel permissions, and destination entry requirements.

12. Fraud Screening & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to request identity verification, refuse suspicious transactions, decline service, cancel assistance, or terminate communications in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, harassment, threats, unreasonable conduct, unauthorized payment use, or violation of law.

13. Supplier Content, Images & Marketing

Images, promotional descriptions, amenities, itineraries, cabin examples, room examples, and destination visuals may differ from actual supplier offerings. Promotional content is illustrative and subject to supplier changes, availability, weather, renovations, operational decisions, and seasonal variation.

14. Third-Party Technology Disclaimer

Stirling Reserve Travel is not responsible for failures, delays, outages, errors, data loss, or security incidents involving third-party technology platforms, forms, booking engines, payment processors, communication providers, email services, analytics tools, hosting providers, browsers, devices, or internet service providers.

15. Cybersecurity & Unauthorized Access

While commercially reasonable safeguards may be used, no internet transmission, electronic storage system, website form, email platform, or third-party service can be guaranteed 100% secure. Travelers acknowledge inherent cybersecurity risks associated with online communications and electronic submissions.

16. Non-Reliance Clause

Travelers acknowledge that purchasing decisions should be based on written supplier confirmations, official supplier terms, and confirmed reservation details—not verbal statements, promotional imagery, general marketing language, estimates, assumptions, expectations, or features not expressly confirmed in writing.

17. No Guarantee of Specific Outcome

Stirling Reserve Travel makes reasonable efforts to assist with travel planning and supplier coordination. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, upgrades, pricing, room locations, cabin assignments, schedule stability, weather conditions, supplier performance, or traveler satisfaction.

18. Website & Communications Disclaimer

Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only. Information may change without notice. We do not guarantee that the website, forms, email systems, analytics tools, booking platforms, or third-party services will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or securely at all times.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stirling Reserve Travel, its owners, affiliates, contractors, representatives, and agents shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, emotional distress, travel disruption, supplier failure, cyber incidents, data loss, delays, cancellations, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stirling Reserve Travel, its owners, affiliates, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, inaccurate information you provide, violation of supplier rules, violation of law, chargeback abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

22. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Venue

Before filing any claim, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution in good faith. If unresolved, any dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Texas, unless prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and venue shall be in an appropriate forum located in Texas.

23. Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually and not as part of any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action.

24. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
